Overview: Sullivan Medical Clinic is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team in Surrey, BC. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of the clinic through meticulous record-keeping and adherence to established bookkeeping systems.
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Assess fixed assets and depreciation
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Manage general ledgers and prepare financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Prepare trial balance of books
