Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Montreal Fire Department (SIM) or other local authorities as appropriate.
- Assess the extent of the impact of disasters.
- Define the resources (human and material) required to meet the needs of disaster victims and communicate them to the person in charge.
- Supervise Red Cross intervention teams on-site.
- Inform the person in charge of progress and evaluate service provision to disaster victims.
- Ensure compliance, provide coaching, and offer constant feedback to Red Cross response teams in line with national disaster assistance standards.
- Lead operational briefing sessions.
- Drive the intervention vehicle dedicated to disaster services.
- Be available for deployment to support local emergency operations, particularly in the preparation phase.

Required Profile:
- Hold a college diploma in leisure, ambulance, police, human sciences, or equivalent.
- Experience in the fields of civil security and emergency response.
