Job Description: Accenture Operations is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Order Entry Analyst to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Order Entry Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the intake, handling, and storage of documentation to meet client and organizational needs. This position involves providing insights, controlling the flow of documents, updating and maintaining document management systems, and collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient document control procedures. The role requires working on diverse projects related to business processes, applications, and information technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake, handling, and storage of documentation.
  • Provide insights and tactical support for controlling company and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure document control procedures are followed and improved.
  • Update and maintain document management systems.
  • Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and standards.

Hours of Operation: This is a full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday, operating between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines or attend team meetings. This role will be located in Sept-Iles, Quebec, or Labrador City, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in a related field and/or 2+ years of work experience in a document/order control capacity.
  • Bilingual – English and French.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a document/order control capacity preferred.
  • Experience with document management tools like Aconex, SharePoint, Hexagon.
  • Intermediate level capability in the use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel).
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Ability to simplify complex tasks and drive efficiencies.
  • Excellent client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience organizing an archiving system for labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use.
  • Experience training employees on efficient documentation usage.
  • Assisting with both internal and external audits and ensuring documentation integrity.
  • Knowledgeable with detail-focused document organizing abilities.
  • Proactive management of database changes using software management systems.

Language Requirements:

  • English and French fluency are required.
